Easy to navigate. Easy enough to purchase the plan I want. A good no hassle app. Quick and easy to use. The only thing I have found out about unlimited internet is after I use up what is considered high speed, the low speed is slower than Granny gear in an old pickup. It is so slow that it is utterly useless. But I rarely run out of my high speed but there have been a couple of times and it is a day or two short of my service renewing.

Customer chat service is real good. My feelings about this app worth 4 maybe 5 stars. Could be better very reliable. Customer service total wireless 5 star however. Reliability 5 stars all you need skip the gaude.

It worked ok until it didn't. Now I can't access my account information. It won't let me log in, so I can't even check my balances. You can't reach a human being, and you're 19th in line for a chat. The phone service is good, for the most part, but the app is useless to me.

Santa wireless customer for quite a while now have never been displeased, nor have I ever had any problems or issues with any of my devices. However, I am very disappointed that you did away with your free government monthly program, I'm currently off work due to I'm on the job injury and I cannot always afford to add the prepaid minutes, but other than that I have no complaints. 👣
